Frequently asked questions

Is there really no limit on documents?
Yes. On a paid plan you send as many documents for signature as you like — there are no envelope caps, no per-send fees, and no overage charges. The Free plan is a genuine 5-documents-a-month tier for trying it out. See pricing.
Do the people I send to need an account?
No. Recipients open the link in their email and sign in the browser — no account, no app, nothing to download or pay. It works on a phone or a computer.
Are the signatures legally binding?
Electronic signatures are recognised under the US ESIGN Act and UETA, the EU eIDAS regulation, the UK, and India’s IT Act, among others. Every completed document includes a tamper-evident audit certificate recording who signed, when, and from where. How this works.
How do I know a completed document hasn’t been altered?
Every completed document is flattened into a sealed PDF and paired with an audit certificate. If a single byte changes, the seal no longer matches — and anyone can confirm a file’s integrity on our public verification page, right in their browser. Verify a document.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day 7 your card is charged for the plan you chose. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing — cancellation is one click in Settings, and a cancelled trial is never charged. Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. See pricing.
